The Ultra Waterproof SPC has natural embossing technology which allows for an authentic wood look while the rigid core resists indentations and wear from everyday household traffic. Our products does not contain wood fibers, these floors are 100% waterproof and can be wet mopped.
The Ultra Waterproof SPC core has 40% greater density than WPC products. Since these Ultra waterproof SPC core floors are constructed with a high density limestone composite which is extremely stable and can be installed over most subfloors. Monterey Flooring Ultra Waterproof SPC floors are durable, 100% waterproof, resistance to scratches made from our beloved Pets, and will remain stable.
Unlike other waterproof flooring with regular underlayment, Ultra Waterproof SPC feature our all-new perforated IXPE underlayment padding already attached to the floor planks. This makes installation much easier and quicker as well as giving you unprecedented level of noise insulation.
